The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the resort, with easy access to numerous restaurants and shops. We loved the indoor pool, which was a perfect retreat for the kids with its designated quiet hours. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Loved the spa facilities. perfect for unwinding after a long day. Super convenient location, easy access to restaurants and shopping. Staff was responsive and accommodating.

The room was super spacious and really clean. The beds felt amazing and the pillows were comfy too. There were plush robes in the closet, which was a nice touch. The bathroom had all the personal items you might need. Overall, just a chill vibe in there, perfect for relaxing with friends. Only downside was that the gambling area felt too smoky, had to walk a bit to find something non-smoking.

The suite was impressive and worth the extra cost, but the service was disappointing this time. The bellman was unfriendly, and despite requesting a second bathrobe, it took until evening for it to arrive. Additionally, we received no maid service during our stay, even though other rooms were getting cleaned. On a positive note, the oatmeal served at breakfast was a highlight.
